We offer a returns policy subject to the conditions outlined in The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014.

All items that are decorated with a logo or other decoration are classed as personalised and therefore fall outside of The Consumer Contract Regulations 2014. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for refund or replacement for items that were ordered incorrectly.

We will of course replace any and all items that are faulty in their manufacture, including the club personalisation process. If your item is faulty please contact service@clubshopsales.com and as soon as we are satisfied that the item is faulty we will arrange for the item to be replaced or refunded.

In the event that we are not obliged to replace the item due to its personalisation we recommend you offer it to another club member to purchase from you so you can order the correct size at no personal loss to yourself. This has happened many times and is often easier than might be thought.
