Most items supplied by clubshopsales.com are decorated with your club's branding and are therefore personalised. This means that they are not covered by The Consumer Contract Regulations 2014.
However we recognise that mistakes are sometimes made when ordering online and where possible we will look to replace items that are not the right size providing they are unused and in their original condition. To start the process of ascertaining if we can replace your purchase please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +44 (0)1926 800026.
We will of course replace any and all items that are faulty in their manufacture, including the club personalisation process. Use the same contact details as above and we will arrange for the items to be collected and returned. Once we are satisfied the item is faulty we will prepare a replacement or refund the initial purchase, including any postage incurred.
In the event that we are not obliged to replace the item due to its personalisation we recommend you offer it to another club member to purchase from you so you can order the correct size at no personal loss to yourself. This has happened many times and is often easier than might be thought.
